1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CelestialCore's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CelestialCore provides lead generation services that identify, qualify, and deliver potential customers to businesses. Our services include:

  • Lead identification and qualification
  • Social media advertising and integration
  • Lead scoring and analytics
  • Campaign optimization and management

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with rates ranging from $40 to $60 per lead depending on the service tier selected. Payment terms are:

  • Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads
  • No setup fees or monthly minimums
  • Invoices are payable within 30 days
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads delivered meet the qualification criteria agreed upon in your service agreement. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional charge.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate target customer profiles
  • Responding to leads in a timely manner
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not using leads for illegal or unethical purposes

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data. All lead information is obtained through legal means and in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Clients must handle lead data responsibly and in accordance with privacy regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

CelestialCore's liability is limited to the cost of the leads provided. We are not responsible for conversion rates, sales outcomes, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

9. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methods, algorithms, and systems used by CelestialCore remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary technologies.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Odessa, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
